What sets it apart
Pickups wound by hand in Italy
They are De Gattis, built one at a time. Not a part ordered from a catalogue and fitted: the piece that decides the sound is the piece we make ourselves.
Stainless steel frets, 2.80 mm
They do not wear and they do not dent under the strings. The setup stays where it was on day one for years, and anyone who bends a lot notices straight away.
16-inch radius
Flatter than a vintage fretboard: strings bend without the note choking out. It is the measurement that makes playing high up the neck comfortable.
The whole of it
Strato Modern, headstock to bridge.

Photographs of Strato Modern
The curly maple
The figure moves with your eye.
Twelve seconds from the headstock down the neck, no editing. Curly maple is not a pattern printed under the finish: it is wood reflecting light differently depending on the angle, and in a still photograph it always looks like less than it is.

The bridge humbucker stays on one coil even in the fifth position: it moves close to a single-coil and sits with the other two, without touching the selector.
