What sets it apart
The neck is an electric neck
The same width and the same profile as an electric: anyone moving between a solid body and nylon over the course of an evening does not have to change hands. The wide classical fretboard is still there for those who want it, but it is not the starting point.
Piezo, not a microphone
The signal comes from the bridge, not from the air: no feedback on stage, no soundbox to fight, and a volume you can turn up without a struggle. It is the reason a nylon-string instrument can hold its place in an electric band.
Inlays drawn and cut by hand
Ebony, mahogany and padauk set into a Pale Moon ebony fretboard that already has a figure of its own. Not stickers, not prints: wood inside wood, and you can see it from a metre away.
